OUR POLICIES


oomph requires a non-refundable, 50% booking deposit for all New Client Services and all services over $100. This deposit is applied to your appointment. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will transfer to that date. We require a stored credit card to reserve all appointments.
No Calls, No Shows will be charged 100% of the service value.
We are also now charging 50% of services for cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time. If you can not attend your appointment, please Call Us.
We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us within seven days. At this time we are only offering exchanges on Kevin Murphy, Eleven Australia, and Bumble & Bumble products.

COVID GUIDELINES


Masks are optional. We respect if you'd like to wear a mask and ask that you respect us if we choose to. Our staff has been asked to refrain from discussing COVID and vaccinations at this time, as these topics can be triggering for clients and staff alike. We strive to create a safe and inspiring environment for everyone to enjoy.
