I've spent more than 20 years in this industry- most of them behind the chair before stepping into the role I'm in now: building Oomph Salon, Ash Alchemy and The Annex, into places where beauty professionals grow, clients feel cared for, and the work actually means something. These days you'll find me less with shears in hand and more in the mentor's seat, helping our team and other entrepreneurs build careers and businesses they love. When I'm not working, I’m spending quality time with my sons, my dogs, in my garden, traveling or with a good book. This industry gave me a life I'm proud of, and my whole mission now is creating that same possibility for the people around me.
